Account & Data Deletion Request

Users can delete their Neptch Gaming account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete directly from the app

1. Open the Neptch Gaming app

2. Go to Profile → Delete Account

3. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Delete via website

1. Log in at https://neptchgaming.com

2. Go to Profile / Account Settings

3. Select Delete Account

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• Personal information (name, email, phone)

• Order and purchase history

• Account credentials

• App usage data associated with your account

Retention period

• Account and personal data are deleted within 7 days

• Some transaction records may be retained for legal or tax compliance, as required by law
